My skill · One job at a time
Apply for one job with evidence, not adjectives.
A skill for Claude Code and Codex that starts from a job post and a resume, then researches the role, interviews you about your work and builds a one-page resume you can defend line by line.

The problem
Most resume tools polish sentences. They can also invent claims, and they score their own work. I wanted something that finds out what this job rewards, then asks me for proof.
What I owned
The steps, the rules for what counts as evidence, and where a person has to decide.
How it went
Research the job first
It studies the role, the company and people in similar jobs, then writes an ideal-candidate profile. Web workers never see your resume or personal details.
Write the scorecard blind
The rubric comes from the job post and the research, before anyone reads your resume. You can correct it.
Interview you
One question at a time, biggest gaps first. Each question says why it is being asked. It never suggests your answer, and your words are saved as you said them.
Build, audit, then you edit
Fresh auditors look for what would sink the application. Anything the record does not support becomes a question for you, never a new claim.
How I know it works
- Nothing invented: every claim traces to your words or a source you gave it. A missing number stays missing.
- Only fresh raters count: a score only counts if it comes from a rater who did not write the resume or the rubric. At the end, two strong reviewers also say what would sink you and whether they think it is ready.
- You submit: it never submits, sends or posts anything, and never contacts anyone.
